Motorola To Launch New Razr Series Smartphones In May With Prices Starting At 700 Euros

Motorola is set to enhance its Razr smartphone series by introducing three new models: the Motorola Razr (2025), Razr+ (2025), and Razr Ultra (2025). These devices are expected to launch in the United States in May, with prices starting at €700.

The Motorola Razr Ultra represents a significant upgrade within the lineup, featuring a 7-inch pOLED primary display with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and offers configurations of 16 GB of RAM with either 512 GB or 1 TB of storage. The device is equipped with a 4,700 mAh battery, supporting both 68W wired and 30W wireless fast charging. In terms of camera capabilities, it boasts a triple-camera setup with 50 MP for the primary, ultra-wide, and front-facing cameras.

The Razr+ model includes a slightly smaller 6.9-inch primary display, also with a 165 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 processor, 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of storage. The device has a 4,000 mAh battery and supports 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. Its camera system consists of a 50 MP primary camera, a 50 MP 2X telephoto camera, and a 32 MP front-facing camera.

The entry-level Razr offers a more compact design with a 3.6-inch cover display at a 90 Hz refresh rate. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X processor, features 8 GB of RAM, and includes 256 GB of storage. This model has a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 30W wired and 15W wireless charging, along with a 50 MP primary camera, a 13 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32 MP selfie camera.

All three smartphones are rated IP48 for dust and water resistance, indicating they can withstand splashes and brief submersions.
